This statement is to acknowledge the purchaser has read and agreed to the below terms and conditions. Upon making any purchase from Budget Builders you are in agreement that there are no returns on any products. All products are custom made upon submission of order. If a cancellation must be made on behalf of the consumer there will be a charge of 20% of the total order cost. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including additional/replacement parts. Budget Builders is not liable for damages related to shipping. Due to slight variations of off-road machines minor adjustments/modifications may be needed to align doors. Budget Builders is not liable for any injuries and does not guarantee that products will enhance safety of any off-road vehicle. By purchasing, and using product, consumer is assuming liability for any potential injury and/or death. Consumer assumes responsibility for themselves, passengers/cargo and machine. Risks of operating off-road machinery with or without modified parts/products can result in severe injury and/or death.
